Farmie Brew Home Rules & Information

Welcome to Farmie Brew In Coorg—your serene escape in the heart of Coorg. Our property blends traditional charm with modern comforts amid lush farm surroundings. To help us maintain a harmonious and sustainable environment for all, please review our comprehensive guidelines.

Arrival, Check-In, and Check-Out

Arrival & Check-In

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
  • Early arrivals may be accommodated subject to availability; please contact us in advance.
  • Please present your booking confirmation and a valid Govt. ID with photo (Passport, Aadhaar, DL or Voter ID) upon arrival.

Departure & Check-Out

  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out requests should be communicated in advance and may incur additional fees.
  • Ensure all personal belongings are collected and keys are returned to reception.

Guest Responsibilities & Respect for Property

Respect & Courtesy

  • Treat our property and its surroundings with care, as you would your own home.
  • Maintain a respectful noise level, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Visitors & Guests

  • All visitors must be pre-registered at the time of booking and are subject to capacity limits.
  • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of any accompanying visitors.

Cleanliness & Waste Management

  • Dispose of waste in the designated bins and help us keep our environment pristine.
  • Recycling bins are provided throughout the property; please separate recyclables accordingly.

Safety, Security & Emergency Procedures

General Safety

  • Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits and first-aid kits.
  • In the event of an emergency, dial the local emergency number and notify our staff immediately.

Fire Safety

  • Open flames (including candles) are only permitted in designated areas.
  • Please adhere to our guidelines for the use of bonfires and barbecues.

Personal Belongings

  • Secure your valuables as Farmie Brew is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  • We recommend using any provided in-room safes or secure lockers (if available).

Property & Facility Usage

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Daily housekeeping services are available. Should you need extra cleaning or special requests, please notify our team.
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

Common Areas & Amenities

  • Enjoy our common areas (Living Room & Dining Room only), outdoor areas, farm trails, and relaxation zones while respecting shared spaces.
  • Furniture and decor should remain in place unless you have prior approval for changes.

Parking & Transportation

  • Complimentary parking is available on-site. Please follow marked areas and instructions from our staff.
  • Local transportation for sightseeing is available on request at affordable rates.

Environmental & Farm Stewardship

Sustainability Practices

  • Help us conserve water and energy. Please turn off lights and faucets when not in use.
  • Farm activities are part of our eco-tourism experience—respect the flora and fauna and follow any posted guidelines.

Farm & Garden Areas

  • Enjoy the beauty of our coffee estate and farm produce; however, please do not remove plants or disturb wildlife.
  • Participate in estate/farm activities responsibly, and adhere to the guidelines provided by our staff.

Conduct, Behavior & Additional Policies

Guest Conduct

  • Maintain decorum at all times. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of Farmie Brew will be addressed.
  • Use communal spaces considerately to ensure all guests can enjoy the property.

Damage & Incidentals

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay, the full cost of the damages should be borne by the Guest. A refundable security deposit may be collected upon arrival.
  • All incidental charges will be communicated and settled upon check-out.

Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Kindly dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol or disruptive behaviour may result in additional charges or early check-out.

Pets

  • Pets are strictly not allowed. 

Food, Barbecue, and Bonfire Guidelines

Dining & Food Services

  • Meals are available as per the menu card, and food is served at scheduled times.
  • Food is served exclusively on the dining table.
  • Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Barbecue & Bonfire

  • Please follow all safety instructions when using Barbecue and Bonfire facilities.
